The Fed is Trapped raising rates could lead to a Hyperinflationary Collapse Simple Math 20.5 Trillion in Debt Every 1% Rise in rates cost a extra 205 Billion per year in higher interest payments per year

2%= 410 Billion

3%= 615 Billion

4%= 820 Billion

5%= 1 Trillion

6%= 1.2 Trillion

This is why the fed cant EVER Raise rates

now you have Trump talking about massive tax cuts that will add Trillions in Debt over the next 10 years

tax cuts when there all ready running 700 Billion in Deficiet spending per year

at the same time he wants to increase spending on the military and other things

while slashing revenues

Low interest rates are the ONLY Thing holding the entire system togather WHEN Rates Spikes Its Game Over and could be game over for the US Dollar as well leading for a Hyperinflationary Collapse

the compound interest effect from higher rates virtually guarantees Hyperinflation

amazing they are able to keep rates for so low for as long as they have

talk about a bubble we have a massive bubble in stocks bonds

This will end badly the only question is WHEN

but its Coming make no mistake they cant keep rates this low forever eventually inflation will start to creep upwards either way higher rates will be coming esp if they pass a massive tax cut
