Press Release Source: San West On Wednesday February 24, 2010, 8:31 am
SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - 02/24/10) - San West Inc. (OTC.BB:SNWT - News), an emerging leader in the design, manufacturing, sales and repair of off-road buggies, today announced the expected March 1, 2010 launch of, a new and improved e-commerce website showcasing high-performance parts for on road Scooters and off-road recreational vehicles (ORVs).

The site was developed in response to significant unmet demand for upgrade kits and modification parts used to enhance China-built Scooters and ORVs. The site also carries parts for ATVs and Scooters, produced by popular brands including Honda and Yamaha.

Commenting on today's announcement, Frank Drechsler, President and CEO of San West Inc., stated, "We are excited to launch this web property and believe this further positions San West as the one-stop-shop for all areas of the on and off-road recreational vehicle industry. This website specifically targets parts and upgrades for one of the fastest-growing segments of the Scooter and ORV industry: China-built. In addition to being thousands of dollars cheaper in most cases, China and Asian-built Scooters and ORVs are competitive from a performance perspective 'out of the box' and can be upgraded inexpensively to achieve optimal performance. Consumers are frequently opting for affordable built by Asian OEMs over higher priced vehicles from tier-one suppliers in the wake of the ongoing economic downturn. It was important for San West to take the leadership role in connecting this growing base of consumers with parts and upgrade options with a convenient, affordable, user-friendly website."

"We are confident this website has the potential to contribute significantly to our overall online sales mix, which continues to thrive," Mr. Drechsler continued. "This site is strategically designed to meet a significantly under-served niche in the Scooter and ORV marketplace by connecting consumers with upgrade parts for China-made vehicles. As we've stated many times before, on and off-road enthusiasts are notorious for spending on upgrades, with the average buggy owner spending $5,000 on their vehicle over its lifespan. These current times are forcing society as a whole to do more with less and we feel strongly that this re-vamped website enables consumers to do just that while keeping up with their favorite past time."

Management believes that the market currently suffers from a lack of qualified technicians and parts distributors capable of servicing this market and believes that the revamped website will succeed in filling this niche.
