Ooma VOIP phone - it free for life (Ooma hub) and works great while travelling.
Canon t2i camera - affordable DSLR that gives very good results... made my LX3 looks like a toy lol.

3 things
1)I do have a s-video on my laptop, and maybe its just me but the picture is not HD. This
device allows for infinite fine tuning of color sharpness, horizontal and vertical picture size,
and most importantly flicker reduction

2) I enjoy and use the multiple out puts that allow me to connect to any projector, vcr, tv

3) Although many laptops have them, my lap top does not have a remote(until now) that allows me to freeze, or toggle between zoom and normal display
...slick enough for me!
