yes you are correct, however they have been the most populous counties for about 50 years, you'd think they would have figured it out by now. i mean seriously how fucking incompentent can you be for decades before you are held accountable?

Have you considered the populations there? I believe Miami/Dale is the most populous county in FL, and also has had the greatest growth.
