How
do I post a message?
Go into one of the forums like Wall Street Pit Forum and then click on Post on the top. You will
see a form, fill in the ticker symbol, if there is any, the subject, then
the message itself. Click on Submit to post the message, Preview to
preview it, or Clear to clear the message and start it over.

Once you are reading a message, click on Reply on the top to reply to the
author.

do I creat my own Forum?
On the homepage http://www.thelion.com, click
on the Forums tab, and then click on Create New Forum. Follow the
instructions on the page, and here you go, you are now the moderator of
the forum. You can also modify and manage the forum you created on the
same page.

What
is user reward system?
Every user has a rating profile made up of comments from other users.
By posting quality messages or recommendation, you will earn positive
testimonials within the thelion.com community. The more positive feedback
you receive, the more stellar your reputation becomes!
So how does it work?
Inside an individual message, next to a member's User ID, you will always
find a star and a. This number is his or her User Rating. For example:
Star 
10 means that a member's User ID is Star and that he has received
10 positive reward points from other members. This reward system is in
a scale of 1 to 3 (3 is the highest). The reward point you receive helps
you to stand out in the community so others may give you more notice and
creditability.

do I reward a user?
You can rate a user by going into one of the message he/she posted on
the board, and click on the underlined number right next to .
Or you can go to http://www.thelion.com/bin/user_reward.cgi
where you can type in the username of whom you would like to give reward
points to.

to view a user's reward index?
Right after you go into a user's message, you can see the
right next to the name followed by a number. The number indicates how
many reward points he/she received.

do I hyperlink to other sites on the Internet in my message?
To include a hyperlink in your message, simply enter the complete URL
of the web page you want to include i.e. http://www.thelion.com/index.html.
The forum will automatically hyperlink the URL for you.

do I add an image to my signature?
You can include an image to your post by using the html anchor tag in
your message i.e.  .
However, you must have the image somewhere else on another web site where
you can reference it.

What
does IMO or EOM mean?
Many people are asking if IMO and EOM are stock symbol since they can
see it everywhere in the message forums. IT'S NOT! IMO means "In
my opinion" and EOM means "End of message". Message board
users like to use abbreviations since it can save some time. There are
many abbreviations are currently used in our message board. To learn more

How
do you do a search for messages?
On top of the message board, click on Search. You can then decide which
message forum and field (symbol, author, subject) you want to search for.
You can also do a keyword search.
